I took my fiance for her 30th birthday this past weekend to the Cosmopolitan Hotel & Shizen Spa, we had a really nice time. Everything promised in the package was delivered upon... so I would suggest it was a great success!

I visited a friend in toronto. We decided to get a massage treatment done at Shizen Spa. It was phenomenal. I would recommend this to anyone. I am from chicago and I have gotten many massages done however this one was amazing. I had an issue where i couldn't make it to my appointment because i got lost and i got there 45 mins late. They were so nice, they rescheduled for the next day. I am in sales and customer service and i value that. They have a customer for life. Thanks again.Raj - Chicago

My Mom and I visited the Pantages Spa this past weekend, and we had an amazing time. The staff I have to say are the best I have every encountered. We go to Spas all the time, and the attention that was given to us was unbelievable. We had a side by side massage in a couples room followed by a facial. It was heavenly, we just didn't want to leave and it was suggested that we can have our pedicures in the same room without having to change. I have never had a pedicure laying down, but I will never go back to having a pedicure on a chair again. They realy spoiled us. Wow what an experience! this Spa is a 10/10 for us, and we highly recommend other Spa goers try this Gem.L.R - Ottawa

My wife and I just came back from Shizen Spa on their Shizen Experience. What an experience it was. From the moment we changed (smaller changeroom then most, but okay to me), the staff were super nice. Offered us choice of tea and type of flavored water. Sat down in the beautiful waiting lounge area, with wooden benches, dim lighting, gentle cool air from the ceiling wooden fans, soothing music, magazines of pools/spas/luxury homes. Relaxing already.

Our massage therapists came and brought us up to the room. They were both very good and the massage was very relaxing. After must have been 50-55 minutes, they proceeded for the facials. I've never had such many different lotions or creams applied to my face before. I was satisfied after the 3rd time. But then came at least twice more, I was so relaxed, I lost count. The squeezing part was painful, but afterwards, came a very nice facial, shoulder, neck massage that just made me forget about all the pain. Then a mask was applied, and suddenly, I felt my feet and legs getting massaged ! Was I surprised and impressed. I thought massage was over already. Thank you Belinda.

Wife got other types of treatment for facial as well, depending on the skin and needs. After what seemed like hours of amazing treatment in that large room, put on our robes again and found the staff waiting with smiling faces outside our door. Impressive!!

We went down for our manicures, another nice job by both. Even had a healthy snack of nuts/berries blend for us. Then it was back to relaxing time on the benches, and a hot tub free to use as long as you please.

It was truly a wonderful experience. Nothing was rushed, super friendly staff, always checking on our drinks and snacks (like its a restaurant), and making sure we were doing okay.
