Certificate User
The user of this certificate is expected to arrive 20 minutes before the scheduled appointment or all treatments listed may not be completed. Should you need to cancel your appointment, please contact the spa 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. For spa packages the spa requires 48-hour notice.Our Refund Policy
Booked spa packages/services and booked accommodations at hotels/resorts are non-refundable. All bookings are final. SpaAndTravel.Com spa package/service certificates if appointments have not been booked are refundable or you may exchange it for another spa package or service less a $20 administration fee Plus GST.Security Statement
